Opened a joint Sharebuilder

Today I opened a joint sharebuilder investment account with my wife.  I already had one just in my name, but I didn’t want to have investments in just my name.  I don’t have any investments with Sharebuilder at the moment but I figured it’d be better to go ahead and have an account with me and my wife’s name once I start to transfer money into the account.

Due to the fact that my wife and I are on a limited budget and we’re striving to reach our emergency fund goal first, I am limited to only online income to use for investments in sharebuilder.

The process of opening a joint account with her was very simple and only took minutes.  I was very surprised.  Since I already had an account all I had to do was add her information and she created a User ID & Password.
